Color Group Coordinator

There are exciting leadership opportunities in the preschool ministry! We are accepting applications for a Color Group Coordinator. This crucial position provides the opportunity to build relationships with teachers, recruit others, and encourage and supervise a color group.

Bible Study Teaching Leader

The Preschool Ministry is looking for the right person to invest in God’s children through leading the classroom. Teaching the lesson is not required. The Teaching Leader is the consistent person to acknowledge birthdays, connect with parents, and manage the classroom leadership

Teaching Assistant

Assist the lead teacher in doing Bible learning activities and forming loving relationships with preschoolers and parents.

Greeter/Hospitality Team

Greet visitors and help parents find classrooms Make kids and parents feel welcome and comfortable Facilitate the security and sign in process

All Star Team Greeter

• Greets visitors and assist in finding classrooms.
• Help make children and parents feel welcome.
• Record attendance and take head count of grade level area.
• Facilitate security sign in process.

Bible Study Small Group Leader

• Present and reinforce curriculum to Grade school children in a small group environment of 8-10 kids.
• Interact with children to develop meaningful relationships.
• Reflect Christ to kids in group.
• Mentor others to become Bible Study Small Group Leaders.
• Be able to share how to become a Christian to a child.

Large Group Leader

• Present Bible Study Story (lesson) to large group of grade level children.
• Lesson provided by ministry.
• Props, interactive tools, and other resources provided by Ministry.

All Star Floaters

• Available to float and be used in any capacity as needed during Bible Study on a regular basis.

All Star Substitutes

• Will be called on as needed basis to fill a position during a Bible Study hour.

Office Volunteer

• Helps the Grade School Assistant with various clerical duties during the week.

Resource Assistant

• Helps Grade School Resource Coordinator during the week with restocking activity supplies and keeping the resource room organized.

All Star Kids Live Worship

Kids Worship Shepherd

• Attends worship time with a color group, sits with them interacts/builds relationships with them, demonstrates appropriate worship behavior and enforces behavioral guidelines with the children.

Drama

• During Kids Worship, will interact with the MC to perform in skits as needed.

Kids Worship Shepherd Coach

• Administrate an hour in KidsTown.
• Assist with recruiting Shepherds.
• Communicate to team. Build relationships with team members, the children and their families.
